Caffe Macchiato or "Espresso Macchiato" is Espresso "Marked" or "Stained" with a dollop of steamed milk/foam. Not to be confused with a latte macchiato, which is a larger drink with much more milk that is "marked" or "stained" with espresso. The caffe macchiato is a small 3oz drink consisting of a double shot of espresso with a small dollop of foam on top.

A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency – allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour. Served 6oz consisting of a double shot of espresso and 4oz of steamed milk.

Wonderfully smooth and full-bodied this coffee is fairly rich in flavor but not overpowering. The taste is clean and crisp. This Tanzanian Peaberry coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in the Mbeya Region of southwestern Tanzania. This is an excellent coffee characterized by notes of lemon zest, peach and black tea. We find that these Peaberries have a sweeter taste and roast more uniformly. Medium Roast - African

Sulawesi Coffee has a heavy body and creamy texture. This is a rare coffee grown by the very old Toraja region coffee trees on the island of Sulawesi located in Indonesia. It is also known as Celebes Kalossi Coffee because it's grown on the Island of Celebes which was the old Dutch name for the island. Many of these trees are more than 250 years old and originate before the Dutch first arrived to this island.

At Hacienda Miramonte (Willow estate), the business is all in the family. Over 100 years ago, Lucila Duval de Morales purchased this land and began planting coffee. Her great-grandson, Ricardo Gurdian, and his daughter, Viviana, now own and operate the farm. They work together to maintain Lucila´s legacy by focusing on specialty coffees while utilizing sustainable practices to keep the land happy and healthy. This is a small lot offering Medium Roast / Central America

This was where it all started, a small roaster, some passion and a love for espresso. 82 Rome is an Italian style espresso made with 6 select coffees that encompass all things good about blended coffees. This is a post roast blend where each coffee is roasted separately and then mixed together. This amplifies the effect of each coffee in the blend. We don’t let our decaf-drinkers down. This medium roast blend can hang with the best of them. While most decafs fall short on taste, we don’t compromise with this two-bean blend. This four-bean blend is reminiscent of our four-legged friend, Harper. He is strong and bold, yet mellow. And that’s just how we like our coffee! Medium bodied and distinctive taste profile. Bright with a floral aroma due the high altitude and sustainable practices of this particular farm. Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces excellent fruit-toned coffees that are notably fragrant and delicious. This is one of those coffees that you just don’t roast dark! We drop this coffee just after 1st crack.

Afraid of the Dark? Don’t be, embrace your dark side! If you like your coffee dark and velvety… this is the blend for you. This is a unique dark roast. We put more emphasis on developing the caramels and chocolates in this long “low & slow roast.” This nullifies the bitterness and burnt taste generally associated with darker roasts. Black Lab obviously shows our affection for Labradors but is mostly just a cool name for our dark roast coffee! Dark - Indonesian

Espresso is our thing. European style, blended coffees that produce endless crema. We strongly believe that it takes multiple coffees to produce a great espresso. Each origin adds its own nuance and layer of flavor to this espresso. Whether it’s in a straight shot or the strong foundation for a brilliant frothed drink, “Xcellent” delivers smooth chocolatey goodness with tons of apricot jam in its finish. SUPREMO: This Colombian coffee is like no other, subtle and lush without the harsh acidity that we find in most Colombians. It’s a medium roast which brings out it’s true identity. Soft & sweet; this coffee from the Popayán reigon is a great everyday coffee.

A Grateful Dead inspired blend. This is a bold dark roast with an unspoken softness. It’s got a slight touch of acidity with a smooth chocolatey finish. Stella Brew is an two bean blend that is a beautiful blend of African and Indonesian. Very dimensional, with full flavor and super body.

This naturally processed Indonesian coffee is one of the most unique coffees on earth. The most full-bodied of all coffees, Sumatra Mandheling delivers heavy, syrupy body and very little acidity with a heavy mouth feel. Sumatra Mandheling coffee has hints of chocolate and brown sugar. It is well-known for its smooth finish that is both earthy and complex. Rich in history and rich in flavor, these coffee beans are as much legendary as they are tasty. Our Sumatra coffee tastes like coffee should!

With full body and sharp, lively acidity, Kenya AA delivers a surprising winey flavor evocative of black currants. This medium-roasted, Kenyan coffee is denoted by the grade AA, meaning it is large in size as well as flavor. With its definitive acidity and heavy body, Kenya AA is layered with hints of fruit, giving complex sweetness with a pungent aroma. This bean is grown at high altitudes which allows it to fully mature. Taste: Light Roast - Origin: African

Grown on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the three coffees that make up this blend are all from the same continent but are worlds apart in flavor and profile. Burundi Kayanza coffee is a highly regarded single-origin coffee known for its clean, delicate and complex flavor profile. Originating from the northern Kayanza province, near the Rwandan border, this high-altitude coffee often features vibrant fruit notes, a syrupy body, and winey acidity.

495 Espresso is a brilliantly balanced espresso blend. Similar to our famous 82 Rome Street, but slightly less bold.
